We also will work with the educational arena to provide much needed training to the younger generations on "how to work."
OUR LEGACY
Decades of Real-World Insight
B & C Training Solutions was founded by Brooke and Christian Izurieta. Brooke has 17 years experience as an educator combined with experience in the industry of electric motor repair. Christian has 20 plus years experience managing people in different areas with 13 of those in industry. Our journey started on the factory floor, where we witnessed firsthand the communication challenges and skill gaps that arise as new generations enter the workforce. Today, we leverage that real-world insight to provide practical, result-driven training that respects the wisdom of veterans while empowering the ambition of younger talent. We also provide new generations of employees with specific skills to help them adapt to working in industry.
